Emile originally trained in bespoke furniture making before completing a Master’s in Design. He moved to London in 2012, working across a range of established studios, from Conran to Theo Williams Studio, eventually heading Theo's studio and co-founding the homeware brand Another Brand. He later established himself as an independent designer, working with clients including IKEA’s Innovation department on long-horizon projects exploring future living, sustainability, and emerging technologies, as well as leading design and development projects from concept to store
Working across product, furniture, service, UI, interiors, and automotive, combining human behaviour, emerging technologies, and future-living insights with an approachable design language stemming from a foundation in furniture to create commercially successful products and experiences that improve everyday life.
